The Mississippi Showcase KitchenThe Mississippi Showcase Kitchen, our new display kitchen is now open. The Capital Club Board of Governors, MMI Dining Systems, and Mattiace Properties worked with some of Mississippi's premier worldwide manufacturers to bring this outstanding project to the Capital Club. We have teamed up with the top officials of Viking Range of Greenwood, Robot Coupe of Ridgeland, and Groen Industries of Byram. Each of these world-class manufacturers has made a significant investment in this project.
The Mississippi Showcase is an open-air kitchen in the southeast corner of the club. The showcase is a great place for a casual Capital Club lunch with a bit of a twist. You also might choose to join us for an evening of "eatertainment" by bringing small groups to the showcase for a private dinner with one of our chefs tending to your every need.
